The federal public services were also invited to contribute to the General Estates for a Just Transition. 

The federal administrations have a major role to play in implementing the ecological transition. They were asked to describe their current policies in terms of ecological transition, the social justice challenges they face in this transition and the obstacles they encounter. They also put forward proposals for the governance of this just transition at federal level. Their contributions were summarised in a report which you can find here.
